Abstract

A mine shaft lifting container eccentric load danger alarm method, comprising the following steps: collecting the pressure between four roller kits (10) and a track; calculating four pressure offsets; displaying the pressure offsets in real-time in the lifting container, when the pressure offsets are greater than a first threshold, issuing a voice alarm; and when the pressure offsets are greater than a second threshold, activating a safety handling process for safely lifting the container. The method, by collecting the pressure of the four roller kits in real-time, calculating the four pressure offsets; determining the degree of eccentric load of the lifting container, and issuing the alarm or activating the safety handling process, prevents dangerous operation due to a severe eccentric load of the lifting container that could cause a safety accident, allows workers to maintain a balanced load on a long-term basis as prompted, and also extends the service life of the roller kits.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'alarme de danger de charge excentrique de conteneur de levage de puits de mine, comprenant les étapes suivantes : collecte de la pression entre quatre jeux de rouleaux (10) et un chemin de roulement ; calcul de quatre décalages de pression ; affichage des décalages de pression en temps réel dans le conteneur de levage, et lorsque les décalages de pression sont supérieurs à un premier seuil, émission d'une alarme vocale ; et lorsque les décalages de pression sont supérieurs à un deuxième seuil, activation d'un processus de manipulation de sécurité afin de soulever le conteneur en toute sécurité. Le procédé, en collectant la pression des quatre jeux de rouleaux en temps réel, en calculant les quatre décalages de pression, en déterminant le degré de charge excentrique du conteneur de levage, et en émettant l'alarme ou en activant le processus de manipulation de sécurité, empêche un fonctionnement dangereux dû à une charge fortement excentrique du conteneur de levage qui pourrait provoquer un accident de sécurité, permet aux opérateurs de maintenir une charge équilibrée à long terme comme cela est demandé, et prolonge également la durée de vie des jeux de rouleaux.

一种矿井提升容器偏载危险报警方法,包括以下步骤:采集四个滚轮罐耳(10)与轨道间的压力;计算四个压力偏差;在提升容器内实时显示压力偏差,当压力偏差大于第一门限时,通过语音报警;当压力偏差大于第二门限时,启动安全提升容器安全处置程序。本方法通过实时采集四个滚轮罐耳的压力、计算四个压力偏差;判断提升容器的偏载程度,根据提升容器的偏载程度,发出警报或者启动安全处置程序,能避免提升容器因严重偏载造成的危险运行,造成安全事故,工作人员根据提示,长期保持装载平衡,也能延长罐耳的使用寿命。
