A display panel and a display device, the display panel comprising: a first display module (100) for modulating backlight and a second display module (200) for image displaying. The second display module (200) is located on the light emitting side of the first display module (100); the first display module (100) comprises a plurality of first pixel units (11) arranged in an array; the second display module (200) comprises a plurality of second pixel units (21) arranged in an array; and at least one layer component (d) between the first pixel units (11) and the second pixel units (21) has a light diffusion effect. The at least one layer component (d) between the first pixel units (11) and the second pixel units (21) is subjected to special processing so as to enable the layer component to have a light diffusion effect, so that the light is emitted to the surroundings at various angles, the original propagation direction of the light is changed, and the light generated by the layer component can destroy the pattern generated by a periodic grating structure well, thereby eliminating Moire fringes.

L'invention concerne un écran d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage, l'écran d'affichage comprenant : un premier module d'affichage (100) pour moduler un rétroéclairage et un second module d'affichage (200) pour l'affichage d'image.
