A method and die apparatus used for producing wide magnesium plates, the die apparatus at least comprising an inner drum (1), and the inner drum (1) being provided with a blank processing chamber; the blank processing chamber comprises a die chamber (101), a direct extrusion area (102), a multi-corner equal channel angular pressing area (103) and a magnesium plate exit (104), which are in communication in order from top to bottom; the direct extrusion area (102) is a conical structure which is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, and the multi-corner equal channel angular pressing area (103) has at least two corners.

L'invention porte sur un procédé et un appareil de matrice utilisés pour produire de larges plaques de magnésium, l'appareil de matrice comprenant au moins un tambour interne (1), et le tambour interne (1) étant pourvu d'une chambre de traitement d'ébauche ; la chambre de traitement d'ébauche comprend une chambre de matrice (101), une zone d'extrusion directe (102), une zone de pression angulaire à canaux égaux à coins multiples (103) et une sortie de plaque de magnésium (104), qui sont en communication de haut en bas ; la zone d'extrusion directe (102) est une structure conique qui est plus grande au sommet et plus petite au niveau du fond, et la zone de pression angulaire à canaux égaux à coins multiples (103) comporte au moins deux coins.
