A laser cutter, comprising: a machine frame (1) and a worktable (2) disposed thereon. Guide rails (3) are provided at front and rear sides of the worktable (2), and are provided with a translation support mechanism (4) capable of horizontally sliding along the guide rail (3). The translation support mechanism (4) is provided with a cross beam (5). A laser cutting head (6) is suspended from the middle position of the cross beam (5), and is capable of horizontally sliding on the guide rail (3) by means of the translation support mechanism (4), moving forward and backward on the cross beam, and lifting vertically to achieve three-dimensional free movement. Two sliding rails (7) are further provided on the worktable (2) at an inner side of the guide rail (3). The sliding rail (7) is provided with a sheet clamping mechanism. The sheet clamping mechanism comprises a tractor (8) and a cylinder clamping mechanism (9). A transmission chain (11) is provided at the middle position of the worktable (2), and is connected to a cam trolley. When being cut by the cutter, a board can be transported to a fixed workstation, which significantly reduces the error caused by manual transportation. Before processing, it is unnecessary to calibrate the position. When being transported, the board is clamped, and then a hook of the trolley is snapped into a transmission guide rail, which is time-saving and labor-saving.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de coupe au laser comprenant : un bâti de machine (1) et une table de travail (2) disposée sur celui-ci. Des rails de guidage (3) sont disposés sur les côtés avant et arrière de la table de travail (2), et sont pourvus d'un mécanisme de support de translation (4) pouvant coulisser horizontalement le long du rail de guidage (3). Le mécanisme de support de translation (4) est pourvu d'une traverse (5). Une tête de découpe au laser (6) est suspendue au niveau de la position centrale de la traverse (5) et peut coulisser horizontalement sur le rail de guidage (3) au moyen du mécanisme de support de translation (4), peut se déplacer vers l'avant et vers l'arrière sur la traverse, et peut se soulever à la verticale pour obtenir un mouvement libre tridimensionnel. Deux glissières (7) sont en outre disposées sur la table de travail (2) sur un côté interne du rail de guidage (3). La glissière (7) est pourvue d'un mécanisme de serrage de feuille. Le mécanisme de serrage de feuille comprend un tracteur (8) et un mécanisme de serrage de cylindre (9). Une chaîne de transmission (11) est disposée au niveau de la position centrale de la table de travail (2) et est reliée à un chariot à came. Lorsqu'elle est coupée par le dispositif de coupe, une carte peut être transportée vers un poste de travail fixe, ce qui réduit considérablement l'erreur provoquée par le transport manuel. Avant le traitement, il n'est pas nécessaire d'étalonner la position. Lorsqu'elle est transportée, la carte est serrée, puis un crochet du chariot est encliqueté dans un rail de guidage de transmission, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et d'économiser de la main-d’œuvre.

一种激光切割机,包括:机架(1)和设置在机架(1)上的工作台(2),工作台(2)上前后两侧设有导轨(3),导轨(3)上设置可沿导轨(3)左右滑动的平移支撑机构(4),平移支撑机构(4)上设置横梁(5),横梁(5)中间位置下吊激光切割头(6),激光切割头(6)通过平移支撑机构(4)可在导轨(3)上左右滑动,其在横梁上又可前后运动,同时还可以上下升降,实现三维自由移动。所述工作台(2)上在导轨(3)的内侧还设有两条滑轨(7),滑轨(7)上设置板料夹紧机构,板料夹紧机构包括牵引车(8)和气缸夹紧装置(9)。工作台(2)的中间位置处设有传动链条(11),传动链条(11)上连有凸轮小车。该切割机在切割板材时,板材可运送至固定工位,大大减少了人工搬运带来的误差,在加工前无需对其位置进行校对,运送板材时将板材夹紧后将小车的钩子扣入传动导轨即可,省时省力。
