The invention relates to a catalyst suitable for producing a polyolefin with an ultra-fine particle size, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The catalyst comprises, as a first carrier, an inorganic carrier obtained by means of a surfactant treatment, as a second carrier, active magnesium chloride produced in situ on the first carrier with a magnesium-containing reagent, and a catalyst active component supported on the second carrier, wherein the catalyst active component is a Ziegler-Natta catalyst. Compared with the prior art, the catalyst of the present invention can be used to prepare a polyethylene product with a high bulk density, uniform particles and an average particle size of less than 200 microns, and can be used for preparing and applied in medium and high density polyolefins.

L'invention concerne un catalyseur approprié pour produire une polyoléfine présentant une taille de particules ultra-fine, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. Le catalyseur comprend, en tant que premier support, un support inorganique obtenu au moyen d'un traitement tensioactif, en tant que second support, du chlorure de magnésium actif produit in situ sur le premier support avec un réactif contenant du magnésium, et un constituant actif de catalyseur porté sur le second support, le constituant actif de catalyseur étant un catalyseur Ziegler-Natta. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, le catalyseur de la présente invention peut être utilisé en vue de préparer un produit de polyéthylène présentant une densité apparente élevée, des particules uniformes et une taille moyenne de particule inférieure à 200 microns, et peut être utilisé pour la préparation et l'application dans des polyoléfines à densité moyenne et élevée.
