Abstract

A catalyst used for producing ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The catalyst comprises: an inorganic carrier carrying a surfactant, and a catalytic component carried on the inorganic carrier; the catalytic component is obtained by reacting a transition metal halide MX4 with an R group-containing organometallic reagent M'Rn (n=1-3) to form the catalytic component MR4. Compared with the prior art, the prepared catalyst has high density and uniform particles, and an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene product having an average particle size of less than 200 μm may be used for the preparation and application of medium-high density ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, and is particularly suitable for high-performance ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and other products.

L'invention concerne un catalyseur pour la production d'une polyoléfine de masse moléculaire ultra-élevée, un procédé de préparation et une application associés. Le catalyseur comprend : un support inorganique portant un tensioactif, et un composant catalytique porté sur le support inorganique ; le composant catalytique est obtenu par réaction d'un halogénure de métal de transition MX4 avec un réactif organométallique contenant un groupe R M'Rn (n=1-3) pour former le composant catalytique MR4. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, le catalyseur préparé présente des particules uniformes et de densité élevée, et un produit de polyéthylène de masse moléculaire ultra-élevée ayant une taille de particule moyenne inférieure à 200 µm peut être utilisé pour la préparation et l'application d'une polyoléfine de masse moléculaire ultra-élevée de haute densité moyenne-élevée, et est particulièrement approprié pour une fibre de polyéthylène de masse moléculaire ultra-élevée à haute performance et d'autres produits.

一种生产超高分子量聚烯烃用催化剂及其制备方法和应用,催化剂包括:负载有表面活性剂的无机载体,负载在无机载体上的催化组分,催化组分为过渡金属卤化物MX 4与含有R基的有机金属试剂M'R n(n=1-3)反应形成催化组分MR 4。与现有技术相比,制备得到的催化剂堆密度高,颗粒均匀,平均粒径小于200μm的超高分子量聚乙烯产品,可以用于中高密度超高分子量聚烯烃的制备和应用,特别适合用于高性能超高分子量聚乙烯纤维等产品。
