A display substrate, a display apparatus comprising the display substrate, and a method of fabricating the display substrate are provided. The display substrate comprises a display area (DA) and a peripheral area (PA). The display substrate in the peripheral area(PA) includes a flexible base substrate (100), a first insulating layer (300) on the flexible base substrate (100), a first signal line layer (500) including a plurality of first signal lines (520) on a side of the first insulating layer (300) away from the flexible base substrate (100), and a second insulating layer (400) on a side of the first signal line layer (500) away from the flexible base substrate (100). The display substrate has a plurality of first vias (510) extending through a respective one of the plurality of first signal lines (520), exposing a first surface (310) of the first insulating layer (300), and the second insulating layer (400) extends through the plurality of first vias (510) to be in direct contact with the first surface (310) of the first insulating layer (300).

L'invention concerne un substrat d'affichage, un appareil d'affichage comprenant le substrat d'affichage et un procédé de fabrication du substrat d'affichage. Le substrat d'affichage comprend une zone d'affichage (DA) et une zone périphérique (PA). Le substrat d'affichage dans la zone périphérique (PA) comprend un substrat de base flexible (100), une première couche isolante (300) sur le substrat de base flexible (100), une première couche de ligne de signal (500) comprenant une pluralité de premières lignes de signal (520) sur un côté de la première couche isolante (300) à l'opposé du substrat de base flexible (100) et une seconde couche isolante (400) sur un côté de la première couche de ligne de signal (500) à l'opposé du substrat de base flexible (100). Le substrat d'affichage comporte une pluralité de premiers trous d'interconnexion (510) s'étendant à travers une ligne de signal respective parmi la pluralité de premières lignes de signal (520), exposant une première surface (310) de la première couche isolante (300) et la seconde couche isolante (400) s'étend à travers la pluralité de premiers trous d'interconnexion (510) pour être en contact direct avec la première surface (310) de la première couche isolante (300).
