Abstract

An acer pentaphyllum cutting propagation method, comprising the following steps: acquiring acer pentaphyllum branches, trimming into short branches having a length of 5-8 cm to serve as cuttings, trimming, soaking the bases of the cuttings into water as soon as possible, and spraying clear water to wet the leaves; preparing a mixed substrate from perlite and peat using a volume ratio of 6:4, disinfecting the mixed substrate, and adding same into deepened trays having tray covers; soaking the bases of the cuttings in rooting liquid for 0.5h, inserting into the mixed substrate, and compacting immediately, holes being in one-to-one correspondence to the cuttings; putting the deepened trays into a simple culture chamber, controlling the temperature to be 22-25°C, keeping humidity in the deepened tray at 100% and illuminating intensity in a range of 700-1200 lx, irrigating the cuttings and the nearby mixed substrate using 40 mL of rooting liquid 3 times in total at a time interval of 3d; and 10d after cuttage, spraying a disinfectant once every other week until rooting of all cuttings is achieved. With the described method, components of the rooting liquid are simple, costs are low, steps are simple, there is no complexity, and a high cuttage rooting rate and survival rate are achieved.

L'invention concerne un procédé de propagation de boutures d'Acer pentaphyllum, comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'obtention de branches d'Acer pentaphyllum, l'habillage en branches courtes ayant une longueur de 5 à 8 cm pour servir de boutures, l'habillage, le trempage des bases des boutures dans de l'eau dès que possible et la pulvérisation d'eau claire pour mouiller les feuilles ; la préparation d'un substrat mélangé à partir de perlite et de tourbe à l'aide d'un rapport volumique de 6:4, la désinfection du substrat mélangé et l'introduction de celui-ci dans des plateaux profonds pourvus de couvercles de plateau ; le trempage des bases des boutures dans du liquide d'enracinement pendant 0,5 h, l'introduction dans le substrat mélangé et le compactage immédiat, des trous étant en correspondance avec les boutures avec un trou pour une bouture ; la disposition des plateaux profonds dans une simple chambre de culture, la régulation de la température à 22 à 25 °C, le maintien de l'humidité dans le plateau profond à 100 % et de l'intensité d'éclairage dans une plage de 700 à 1200 lx, l'irrigation des boutures et du substrat mélangé à proximité à l'aide de 40 mL de liquide d'enracinement 3 fois au total à un intervalle de temps de 3 jours ; et 10 jours après le bouturage, la pulvérisation d'un désinfectant une fois toutes les deux semaines jusqu'à ce que l'enracinement de toutes les boutures soit réalisé. Avec le procédé selon l'invention, les constituants du liquide d'enracinement sont simples, les coûts sont faibles, les étapes sont simples, il n'y a pas de complexité et un taux élevé d'enracinement de bouturage et un taux élevé de survie sont atteints.

一种五小叶槭扦插繁殖方法,包括以下步骤:采集五小叶槭枝条并修剪至长度为5~8cm的短枝作为插穗,修剪后立即将插穗基部浸入水中,并将叶片用清水喷湿;以体积比为6:4的珍珠岩和泥炭作为混合基质,将混合基质消毒后装入带有穴盘盖的加深穴盘;按照一孔一穗,将插穗基部在生根液中浸泡0.5h后插入混合基质中,并随手按实;将加深穴盘放入简易培养室,控制温度在22~25℃,保持加深穴盘内的湿度为100%,光照强度700~1200lx,每隔3d对插穗及其附近的混合基质浇灌40ml的生根液,共浇灌3次;扦插10d后,每隔一周喷施消毒剂1次,直至全部生根后为止。该方法所用生根液成分简单,成本低,步骤简单,不繁琐,扦插生根率和成活率高。
