The present invention relates to an automatic ignition agent composition, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The automatic ignition agent composition comprises the following components in mass percentage content: NTO(3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one) 45%-65%; sodium nitrate (NaNO3 25%-45%; guanidine nitrate 4.5%-15.5%; and graphite 0.1%-10%. The automatic ignition agent provided by the present invention is prepared as follows: by means of employing a specific preparation process, wet-mixing and granulating guanidine nitrate, then mixing same with NTO, sodium nitrate and graphite to prepare an automatic ignition agent having excellent performance. The automatic ignition agent composition has good thermal stability for long-term storage, and is suitable for a long service life in an automobile, which is to say that the automatic ignition agent may be instantly ignited, and reliable ignition is achieved; meanwhile, ignition performance is significantly improved, and the needs for airbags to protect drivers and passengers are met.

La présente invention porte sur une composition d'agent d'allumage automatique, son procédé de préparation et une application associée. La composition d'agent d'allumage automatique comprend les composants suivants en pourcentage en masse : NTO (3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one) 45 % à 65 % ; nitrate de sodium (NaNO3 25 % à 45 % ; nitrate de guanidine 4,5 % à 15,5 % ; et graphite 0,1 % à10 %. L'agent d'allumage automatique proposé par la présente invention est préparé de la manière suivante : en utilisant un procédé de préparation spécifique, le mélange par voie humide et la granulation de nitrate de guanidine, puis le mélange de celui-ci avec du NTO, du nitrate de sodium et du graphite pour préparer un agent d'allumage automatique présentant d'excellentes performances. La composition d'agent d'allumage automatique présente une bonne stabilité thermique pour un stockage à long terme, et est appropriée pour une utilisation sur le long terme dans une automobile, c'est-à-dire que l'agent d'allumage automatique peut être instantanément allumé, et un allumage fiable est obtenu ; parallèlement, les performances d'allumage sont considérablement améliorées, et les besoins de coussins de sécurité gonflables pour protéger les conducteurs et les passagers sont satisfaits.
