Abstract
(EN)
An economical high-strength fast-cured grouting material, comprising an ordinary silicate cement, a fast-cured sulfoaluminate gelatinizer, and water. The ratio of the mass of water to the total mass of the ordinary silicate cement and the fast-cured sulfoaluminate gelatinizer is 0.46 : 1; the mass ratio of the fast-cured sulphoaluminate gelatinizer to the ordinary silicate cement is (0.67-1.5) : 1; the initial setting time of the grouting material is 40±5 min; and the average compressive strength of a cube after 4h of solidification is equal to or greater than 10 MPa. The grouting material has the advantages of fast slurry setting speed, simple preparation, high strength, and fast curing, and meets the rapid construction requirements of soft rock tunnels. Also disclosed is a grouting reinforcement method for a soft rock tunnel.

L'invention concerne un matériau de scellement à durcissement rapide à haute résistance et économique, comprenant un ciment de silicate ordinaire, un gélifiant de sulfoaluminate à durcissement rapide, et de l'eau. Le rapport de la masse d'eau à la masse totale du ciment de silicate ordinaire et du gélifiant de sulfoaluminate durci rapide est de 0,46 : 1 ; le rapport en masse du gélifiant de sulfoaluminate à durcissement rapide au ciment de silicate ordinaire est de (0,67-1,5) : 1 ; le temps de mise en place initial du matériau de scellement est de 40±5 mi; et la résistance à la compression moyenne d'un cube après 4h de solidification est égale ou supérieure à 10 MPa. Le matériau de scellement présente les avantages d'une vitesse de mise en place de coulis rapide, d'une préparation simple, d'une résistance élevée et d'un durcissement rapide, et répond aux exigences de construction rapide de tunnels de roche tendre. L’invention concerne en outre un procédé de renforcement de scellement pour un tunnel de roche tendre.
