Disclosed is a comprehensive flame-retardant fire-resistant coating having strong adhesion and diffusion-resistance. The flame-retardant fire-resistant coating consists of three kinds of functional components and deionized water accounting for 30-35% of the total weight of the coating, wherein the first functional component A is a graft copolymer of acrylic acid, acrylonitrile and styrene, prepared by using an acrylic resin, acrylonitrile, and styrene as raw materials, and modified by pentaerythritol rosin ester; the second functional component B consists of activated silica gel particles that have been comprehensively modified by hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and sodium dodecylsulfonate, and yttrium oxide and lanthanum oxide capable of raising the softening point of the silica gel; and the third functional component C is magnesium hydroxide. Component C and component B disperse in the form of solid powders and granules at a mass ratio of 50-70% in the micellar molecular cluster of component A with the remainder being suspended in the deionized water. The preparation method of the flame-retardant fire-resistant coating comprises the following steps: preparatory work before production, preparation of a matrix gel emulsion, preparation of functional auxiliary materials, and coating synthesis.

La présente invention concerne un revêtement ignifuge complet résistant au feu ayant une forte adhérence et une forte résistance à la diffusion. Le revêtement ignifuge résistant au feu est constitué de trois types de composants fonctionnels et d'eau désionisée représentant 30 à 35 % du poids total du revêtement, le premier composant fonctionnel A étant un copolymère greffé d'acide acrylique, d'acrylonitrile et de styrène, préparé à l'aide d'une résine acrylique, d'acrylonitrile et de styrène en tant que matières premières, et modifié par un ester de pentaérythritol de colophane; le deuxième composant fonctionnel B étant constitué de particules de gel de silice activée qui ont été complètement modifiées par de l'acide chlorhydrique, de l'acide fluorhydrique et du dodécylsulfonate de sodium, et de l'oxyde d'yttrium et de l'oxyde de lanthane capables d'élever le point de ramollissement du gel de silice; et le troisième composant fonctionnel C étant de l'hydroxyde de magnésium. Le composant C et le composant B se dispersent sous la forme de poudres solides et de granulés selon un rapport massique de 50 à 70 % dans l'agrégat moléculaire micellaire du composant A, le reste étant en suspension dans l'eau désionisée. Le procédé de préparation du revêtement ignifuge résistant au feu comprend les étapes suivantes : travail préparatoire avant production, préparation d'une émulsion de gel matriciel, préparation de matériaux auxiliaires fonctionnels, et synthèse de revêtement.
