Disclosed are an upland cotton transformation event 18C006-10-13 and a specific identification method therefor. In the present invention, a Cry51Aa1.C006-1 gene is introduced into upland cotton CCRI24, so that the gene is overexpressed in the upland cotton CCRI24 to obtain transgenic cotton. The transgenic cotton is cotton obtained by inserting an exogenous DNA fragment shown in a sequence 1 between 63328845-63329028 loci of a D12 chromosome of a target cotton genome to replace a base sequence of 182 bp between the 63328845-63329028 loci of the D12 chromosome. Experiments prove that the transgenic cotton has high resistance to mirid bugs, and the plant height, first fruit branch length, fruit branch number, boll number, and lint percent of the transgenic cotton are also higher than those of the upland cotton CCRI24.

L'invention concerne un événement de transformation de coton Upland 18C006-10-13 et son procédé d'identification spécifique. Dans la présente invention, un gène Cry51Aa1.C006-1 est introduit dans le coton Upland CCRI24, de sorte que le gène est surexprimé dans le coton Upland CCRI24 pour obtenir du coton transgénique. 本发明公开了陆地棉转化事件18C006-10-13及其特异性鉴定方法。本发明将Cry51Aa1.C006-1基因导入陆地棉CCRI24中,使基因在陆地棉CCRI24中过表达,得到转基因棉花,该转基因棉花为将序列1所示的外源DNA片段插入目的棉花基因组第D12号染色体的第63328845-63329028位间,替换掉第D12号染色体的第63328845-63329028位间182bp的碱基序列,得到的棉花。试验证明,该转基因棉花不仅抗盲蝽象方面具有高抗特性,而且株高、第一果枝长度、果枝数、结铃数和衣分也高于陆地棉CCRI24。
