An edible and environmentally-friendly beverage bottle, comprising a main bottle body and a cap body, being applicable to mineral water bottles, beer bottles, milk bottles, tea bottles, and juice bottles. The main bottle body comprises, in parts by weight, 8-12 parts of starch, 8-12 parts of corn flour, 10-15 parts of japonica rice flour and/or glutinous rice flour, 1-4 parts of food gum, and 1-4 parts of modifier. The manufacturing process for the edible and environmentally-friendly beverage bottle comprises: S1, adding raw materials of a main bottle body into a solvent and mixing same, so as to obtain a slurry; S2, sterilizing the slurry; S3, heating the slurry to obtain a gel-like material; S4, placing the gel-like material into a pressing mold, pressing the gel-like material for 30-60 min to shape, so as to obtain a tubular parison; S5, blowing the parison to form a bottle shape, so as to obtain a finished product. The edible and environmentally-friendly beverage bottle is convenient to carry, produces no pollution, and saves materials, water and electricity, and subsequent processing resources, the preparation method is simple, and the cost is low, being beneficial to protection of the marine and ecological environment and saving resources for environmental protection.

Une bouteille de boisson comestible et respectueuse de l'environnement, comprenant un corps de bouteille principal et un corps de bouchon, peut être appliquée à des bouteilles d'eau minérale, des bouteilles de bière, des bouteilles de lait, des bouteilles de thé, et des bouteilles de jus. Le corps principal de bouteille comprend, en parties en poids, 8 à 12 parties d'amidon, 8 à 12 parties de farine de maïs, 10 à 15 parties de farine de riz Japonica et/ou de farine de riz gluant, 1 à 4 parties de gomme alimentaire, et 1 à 4 parties de modificateur. Le procédé de fabrication de la bouteille de boisson comestible et respectueuse de l'environnement comprend : S1, l'ajout de matières premières d'un corps de bouteille principal dans un solvant et leur mélange, de façon à obtenir une bouillie ; S2, la stérilisation de la bouillie ; S3, le chauffage de la bouillie pour obtenir un matériau de type gel ; S4, le placement du matériau de type gel dans un moule de pressage, le pressage du matériau de type gel pendant 30-60 min afin d'obtenir une forme, de façon à obtenir une paraison tubulaire ; S5, le soufflage de la paraison pour former une forme de bouteille, de façon à obtenir un produit fini. La bouteille de boisson comestible et respectueuse de l'environnement est pratique à transporter, ne produit pas de pollution, et économise des matériaux, de l'eau et de l'électricité, et des ressources de traitement ultérieures, le procédé de préparation est simple, et le coût est faible, étant avantageux pour la protection de l'environnement marin et écologique et économisant des ressources pour la protection de l'environnement.

一种可食用环保饮料瓶,包括瓶身主体和盖体,可用于矿泉水瓶、啤酒瓶、牛奶瓶、茶饮瓶、果汁瓶,按照重量份计,瓶身主体包括:淀粉8~12份、玉米粉8-12粉、梗米粉和/或糯米粉10~15份、食品胶1~4份、改性剂1~4份。该可食用环保饮料瓶的制作工艺包括:S1,将瓶身主体的原料加入溶剂混合,得到浆料;S2,对浆料进行消毒灭菌;S3,对浆料进行加热,得到胶状物;S4,将胶状物放入压制模具中压制30-60min成型,得到管状型坯;S5,将型坯吹成瓶型,得成品。该可食用环保饮料瓶携带方便、零污染、节约了材料、水电以及后续处理资源,制备方法简单,成本低廉,有利于保护海洋和生态环境、节约环保资源。
