A micro light-emitting diode (100), a display panel thereof and a transferring method therefor. The micro light-emitting diode (100) comprises an oppositely disposed light-emitting surface and a rear surface (11). The rear surface (11) is provided with a first electrode plate (111), a second electrode plate (112) and an assembly binding plate (113). The assembly binding plate (113) is formed with a hydrophilic film or a hydrophobic film on a surface thereof. The micro light-emitting diode (100) can realize mass transfer thereof by means of fluidic self-assembly techniques, greatly improving the transfer efficiency.

L'invention concerne une micro-diode électroluminescente (100), un panneau d'affichage et un procédé de transfert associés. La micro-diode électroluminescente (100) comprend une surface électroluminescente disposée de manière opposée et une surface arrière (11). La surface arrière (11) comporte une première plaque d'électrode (111), une seconde plaque d'électrode (112) et une plaque de liaison d'assemblage (113). La plaque de liaison d'assemblage (113) est formée avec un film hydrophile ou un film hydrophobe sur une surface de celle-ci. La micro-diode électroluminescente (100) peut réaliser un transfert de masse de celle-ci au moyen de techniques d'auto-assemblage fluidique, améliorant considérablement l'efficacité de transfert.

一种微型发光二极管(100)、其显示面板及其转移方法,其中微型发光二极管(100)包括相背的发光面和背面(11),其背面(11)设置有第一电极片(111)、第二电极片(112)和组装绑定片(113),其中,组装绑定片(113)表面形成有亲水膜层或疏水膜层。该微型发光二极管(100)可以通过流体的自组装技术实现的巨量转移,大大提升转移效率。
