A display panel (10) and a display device. The display panel (10) comprises a display area (101) and a non-display area (102) surrounding the display area (101); a frame (103) which is provided in the non-display area (102), the frame (103) having a frame edge (104) facing toward the display area (101); and a blind hole (160) which is provided in the non-display area (102), the blind hole (160) having a hole edge (1610), and the hole edge (1610) being tangent to or partially coinciding with the frame edge (104). The beneficial effects are as follows: a display panel (10) and a display device are provided; since it is not necessary to dig a hole in a liquid crystal layer (130) when the blind hole (160) is developed, the position of the blind hole (160) is moved to a corner of a protective glass layer (150); the blind hole (160) is inscribed at an R angle at the corner, the blind hole (160) fits perfectly with the R angle, the safety distance of 4mm may be disregarded, and the visual effect is enhanced.

L'invention concerne un écran d'affichage (10) et un dispositif d'affichage. L'écran d'affichage (10) comprend une zone d'affichage (101) et une zone de non-affichage (102) entourant la zone d'affichage (101); un cadre (103) qui est disposé dans la zone de non-affichage (102), le cadre (103) ayant un bord de cadre (104) faisant face à la zone d'affichage (101); et un trou borgne (160) qui est disposé dans la zone de non-affichage (102), le trou borgne (160) ayant un bord de trou (1610), et le bord de trou (1610) étant tangent ou coïncidant partiellement avec le bord de cadre (104). Les effets bénéfiques sont les suivants : un écran d'affichage (10) et un dispositif d'affichage sont prévus; étant donné qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de creuser un trou dans une couche de cristaux liquides (130) lorsque le trou borgne (160) est développé, la position du trou borgne (160) est déplacé vers un coin d'une couche de verre de protection (150); le trou borgne (160) est inscrit à un angle R au niveau du coin, le trou borgne (160) s'adapte parfaitement à l'angle R, la distance de sécurité de 4 mm peut être ignorée, et l'effet visuel est amélioré.
