A manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display panel. The method comprises: firstly assembling and fitting a TFT substrate (10) and a CF substrate (20) to enable a liquid crystal material to be closed between the TFT substrate (10) and the CF substrate (20) so as to obtain a liquid crystal cell (90); then, irradiating the liquid crystal cell (90) by using ultraviolet light to enable a reactive monomer (32) in the liquid crystal material to generate a polymerization reaction under the irradiation of the ultraviolet light, so as to obtain a functional liquid crystal layer (30); and finally, forming a black matrix (25) on one side, away from the TFT substrate (10), of the CF substrate (20). The black matrix (25) is manufactured on the side, away from the TFT substrate (10), of the CF substrate (20) by changing the structure of the existing liquid crystal display panel, and the liquid crystal cell (90) is irradiated by using the ultraviolet light before the manufacturing of the black matrix (25), thereby avoiding the influence of the shading property of the black matrix (25) on the manufacturing of the functional liquid crystal layer (30), and thus facilitating the need for polymer liquid crystal technology and self-alignment liquid crystal technology to irradiate the liquid crystal cell (90) by using the ultraviolet light so as to form a specific functional layer.

Procédé de fabrication d’un panneau d’affichage à cristaux liquides, et panneau d’affichage à cristaux liquides. Le procédé consiste à : tout d'abord assembler et installer un substrat TFT (10) et un substrat CF (20) pour permettre à un matériau à cristaux liquides d'être enfermé entre le substrat TFT (10) et le substrat CF (20) de façon à obtenir une cellule à cristaux liquides (90) ; puis exposer la cellule à cristaux liquides (90) à une lumière ultraviolette pour permettre à un monomère réactif (32) dans le matériau à cristaux liquides de générer une réaction de polymérisation sous l'irradiation de la lumière ultraviolette, de façon à obtenir une couche de cristaux liquides fonctionnelle (30) ; et enfin former une matrice noire (25) sur un côté, opposé au substrat TFT (10), du substrat CF (20). La matrice noire (25) est fabriquée sur le côté, opposé au substrat TFT (10), du substrat CF (20) en changeant la structure du panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides existant, et la cellule à cristaux liquides (90) est exposée à de la lumière ultraviolette avant la fabrication de la matrice noire (25), ce qui permet d'éviter l'influence de la propriété d'ombrage de la matrice noire (25) sur la fabrication de la couche de cristaux liquides fonctionnelle (30), et de faciliter ainsi le besoin d'une technologie à cristaux liquides polymères et d'une technologie à cristaux liquides à auto-alignement d'exposer la cellule à cristaux liquides (90) à la lumière ultraviolette de façon à former une couche fonctionnelle spécifique.

一种液晶显示面板的制作方法及液晶显示面板,先将TFT基板(10)与CF基板(20)组立贴合,使液晶材料被封闭在TFT基板(10)与CF基板(20)之间,得到液晶盒(90),然后利用紫外光对液晶盒(90)进行照射,使液晶材料中的反应性单体(32)在紫外光照射下发生聚合反应,得到功能性液晶层(30),最后在CF基板(20)远离TFT基板(10)一侧形成黑色矩阵(25),通过改变现有液晶显示面板结构,将黑色矩阵(25)制作在CF基板(20)远离TFT基板(10)一侧,并在制作黑色矩阵(25)之前对液晶盒(90)进行紫外光照射,避免了黑色矩阵(25)的遮光性对制作功能性液晶层(30)产生影响,从而利于聚合物液晶技术、自配向液晶技术需要对液晶盒(90)进行紫外光照射而形成特定功能层的技术的实现。
