Abstract

The present application provides an area light source backlight module, a liquid crystal display panel, and an LED chip soldering method. The area light source backlight module comprises: a first pad and a second pad located on a substrate; pad via holes provided on the first pad and the second pad; magnetic film layers in the pad via holes; a solder paste, prepared on the first pad and the second pad; and an LED chip, provided with pins at both ends, the pins being attracted and fixed on the magnetic film layers and respectively soldered to the first pad and the second pad by means of the solder paste.

La présente invention concerne un module de rétroéclairage de source de lumière de zone, un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides et un procédé de brasage de puce LED. Le module de rétroéclairage de source de lumière de zone comprend un premier plot et un second plot situés sur un substrat ; des espaces d'interconnexion de plot disposés sur le premier plot et le second plot ; des couches de film magnétique dans le plot par l'intermédiaire d'espaces ; une pâte à braser, préparée sur le premier plot et le second tampon ; et une puce DEL, pourvue de broches aux deux extrémités, les broches étant attirées et fixées sur les couches de film magnétique et soudées respectivement au premier plot et au second plot au moyen de la pâte à braser.

本申请提供一种面光源背光模组及液晶显示面板、LED芯片的焊接方法,面光源背光模组包括:位于基板上的第一焊盘与第二焊盘;第一焊盘与第二焊盘上设有焊盘过孔;磁性膜层,设于焊盘过孔内;锡膏,制备于第一焊盘与第二焊盘上;LED芯片,两端设有引脚,引脚吸附固定于磁性膜层上,并通过锡膏分别与第一焊盘和第二焊盘焊接。
