Provided is an organic electroluminescent device, comprising a substrate and a composite anode structure provided thereon. The composite anode structure comprises a lower metal oxide layer, a metal silver layer and an upper metal oxide layer, wherein the metal silver at a position, which is not shielded by the upper metal oxide layer, on the surface of the metal silver layer is silver oxide and is exposed to the outside. The organic electroluminescent device provided in the present invention can enable a substrate thereof to be stored in the air atmosphere for a long time while keeping the performance of the substrate thereof substantially unchanged, thereby improving the performance and yield of the device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique, comprenant un substrat et une structure d'anode composite disposée sur celui-ci. La structure d'anode composite comprend une couche d'oxyde métallique inférieure, une couche d'argent métallique et une couche d'oxyde métallique supérieure, l'argent métallique dans une position, qui n'est pas protégée par la couche d'oxyde métallique supérieure, sur la surface de la couche d'argent métallique est de l'oxyde d'argent et est exposé à l'extérieur. Le dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la présente invention peut permettre à un substrat de celui-ci d'être stocké dans l'atmosphère d'air pendant une longue période tout en maintenant la performance du substrat de celui-ci sensiblement inchangée, ce qui permet d'améliorer les performances et le rendement du dispositif.
