Disclosed are an organic light-emitting device (OLED) and an array substrate; the organic light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting structure layer, having a light-emitting side; a light extraction layer, located on the light-emitting side of the light-emitting structure; said light extraction layer has at least one refractive layer, each of the refractive layers comprising a plurality of first light refractive bodies, a plurality of second light refractive bodies, and a second polymer layer. In the organic light-emitting device and array substrate of the present invention, adding a light extraction layer on the organic light-emitting structure increases the light extraction efficiency of the organic light-emitting device, and the configuration of the structure is simple, effectively solving the problem in the prior art of light extraction being difficult to achieve and achieving the fabrication of a high-efficiency organic light-emitting device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique (DELO) et un substrat en réseau. Le dispositif électroluminescent organique comprend une couche de structure électroluminescente, ayant un côté électroluminescent; une couche d'extraction de lumière, située sur le côté électroluminescent de la structure électroluminescente. Ladite couche d'extraction de lumière comporte au moins une couche de réfraction dont chacune comprend une pluralité de premiers corps de réfraction de lumière, une pluralité de seconds corps de réfraction de lumière, et une seconde couche de polymère. Dans le dispositif électroluminescent organique et le substrat en réseau de la présente invention, l'ajout d'une couche d'extraction de lumière sur la structure électroluminescente organique augmente le rendement d'extraction de lumière du dispositif électroluminescent organique, et la configuration de la structure est simple, ce qui permet de résoudre efficacement le problème dans l'état de la technique d'extraction de lumière qui est difficile à atteindre et d'obtenir la fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent organique à haut rendement.

本发明公开了一种有机发光装置及阵列基板,有机发光装置包括发光结构层,具有一出光侧;光萃取层,位于所述发光结构的所述出光侧;所述光萃取层中具有至少一折射层,每一所述折射层包括若干第一光折射体、若干第二光折射体、第二聚合物层。本发明的有机发光装置及阵列基板,通过在有机发光结构上增设光萃取层,可以增加有机发光装置的光萃取效率,而且结构设置简单,有效解决现有技术中光萃取难以实现的问题,实现了高效率OLED装置的制备。
