Disclosed are a method and device for establishing a blood vessel section function, a blood vessel pressure difference and blood vessel stress. The method for establishing a blood vessel section function comprises the following steps: acquiring image data including at least one cardiac cycle; selecting several feature moments in one cardiac cycle; according to the image data, generating a spatial model of a target region blood vessel corresponding to each feature moment; according to each spatial model, establishing a first section model at each position of the target region blood vessel in an axial direction of the target region blood vessel; and according to each first section model, establishing a corresponding first section function. By means of the method, the condition of an actual blood vessel can be reflected more accurately, and an intermediate variable with a relatively small error is provided for subsequent analysis and calculation, such that a later calculated value is closer to an actual value.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour déterminer une fonction de section de vaisseau sanguin, une différence de pression dans un vaisseau sanguin et une contrainte exercée sur un vaisseau sanguin. Le procédé de détermination d'une fonction de section de vaisseau sanguin comprend les étapes consistant à : acquérir des données d'image comprenant au moins un cycle cardiaque ; sélectionner plusieurs moments caractéristique dans un cycle cardiaque ; selon les données d'image, générer un modèle spatial d'un vaisseau sanguin de région cible correspondant à chaque moment caractéristique ; selon chaque modèle spatial, déterminer un premier modèle de section au niveau de chaque position du vaisseau sanguin de région cible dans la direction axiale du vaisseau sanguin de région cible ; et selon chaque premier modèle de section, déterminer une première fonction de section correspondante. Grâce à ce procédé, l'état d'un vaisseau sanguin réel peut être indiqué plus précisément, et une variable intermédiaire présentant une erreur relativement faible est fournie pour une analyse et un calcul ultérieurs, de telle sorte qu'une valeur calculée ultérieurement est plus proche de la valeur réelle.

一种建立血管截面函数、血管压力差和血管应力的方法及装置。其中,建立血管截面函数的方法包括以下步骤:获取包含至少一个心动周期内的影像数据;在一个心动周期内,选取若干个特征时刻;根据影像数据,生成与每一特征时刻相对应的目标区域血管的空间模型;根据每一空间模型,沿目标区域血管的轴向方向,建立目标区域血管的各个位置处的第一截面模型;根据每一第一截面模型,建立相应的第一截面函数。该方法能够更为精准地反映出实际血管情况,为之后的分析运算提供了一个误差较小的中间变量,以使后期的计算值更靠近实际值。
