Provided by the present invention is an OLED display panel. The OLED display panel comprises a plurality of sub-pixels distributed in an array, each sub-pixel comprising a base substrate, a TFT layer disposed on the base substrate, a planar layer disposed on the TFT layer, a first electrode disposed on the planar layer, a pixel definition layer disposed on the first electrode and planar layer, a light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, a transparent second electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer and pixel definition layer, and a packaging layer disposed on the second electrode; a portion of at least one layer among the planar layer and the pixel definition layer is formed by using a black light-shielding material. By means of configuring a portion of at least one layer among the planar layer and the pixel definition layer to be formed by using a black light-shielding material, an OLED display panel may be prevented from reflecting ambient light under the premise that light-emitting efficiency is not reduced, and the viewing experience of the OLED display panel is thus increased.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’affichage OLED. L'écran d'affichage OLED comprend une pluralité de sous-pixels répartis dans un réseau, chaque sous-pixel comprenant un substrat de base, une couche TFT disposée sur le substrat de base, une couche plane disposée sur la couche de TFT, une première électrode disposée sur la couche plane, une couche de définition de pixel disposée sur la première électrode et la couche plane, une couche électroluminescente disposée sur la première électrode, une seconde électrode transparente disposée sur la couche électroluminescente et la couche de définition de pixel, et une couche d'encapsulation disposée sur la seconde électrode ; une partie d'au moins une couche parmi la couche plane et la couche de définition de pixel est formée à l'aide d'un matériau de protection contre la lumière noire. Au moyen de la configuration d'une partie d'au moins une couche parmi la couche plane et la couche de définition de pixel à former à l'aide d'un matériau de protection contre la lumière noire, il est possible d'empêcher à un écran d'affichage OLED de réfléchir la lumière ambiante à condition que l'efficacité électroluminescente ne soit pas réduite, d'où l'augmentation de l'expérience de visualisation de l'écran d'affichage OLED.

本发明提供一种OLED显示面板。所述OLED显示面板包括阵列排布的多个子像素,每一个子像素均包括衬底基板、设于所述衬底基板上的TFT层、设于所述TFT层上的平坦层、设于所述平坦层上的第一电极、设于所述第一电极及平坦层上的像素定义层、设于所述第一电极上的发光层、设于所述发光层及像素定义层上的透明的第二电极及设于所述第二电极上的封装层;所述平坦层和像素定义层中至少一层的一部分采用黑色遮光材料形成,通过设置所述平坦层和像素定义层中至少一层的一部分采用黑色遮光材料形成,能够在不降低出光效率的前提下,避免OLED显示面板反射环境光,提升OLED显示面板的观看体验。
