Provided are an antireflective bottom emission OLED display device and a manufacturing method therefor. The antireflective bottom emission OLED display device comprises a substrate, multiple driving transistors, and a light-emitting layer. The substrate is provided with multiple black matrices at an interval. The driving transistors are arranged in an array and provided on the substrate corresponding to the black matrices. The light-emitting layer is provided on the driving transistors. An opening area is provided between adjacent two of the black matrices. The light-emitting layer comprises multiple light-emitting material layers arranged in an array. Each of the light-emitting material layers defines a display region and a non-display region. The opening areas correspond to the display regions, and, the non-display regions correspond to the black matrices. The projection of the display regions and that of the opening areas of the black matrices overlap on the substrate. As such, the reflection of ambient light by the OLED display device is prevented or reduced, thus increasing the displayed image quality of the OLED display device.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage OLED à émission par le fond antireflet et un procédé de fabrication associé. Le dispositif d'affichage OLED à émission par le fond antireflet comprend un substrat, de multiples transistors d'attaque et une couche électroluminescente. Le substrat est pourvu de multiples matrices noires à un intervalle. Les transistors d'attaque sont agencés en un réseau et disposés sur le substrat correspondant aux matrices noires. La couche électroluminescente est disposée sur les transistors d'attaque. Une région d'ouverture est prévue entre deux matrices adjacentes parmi les matrices noires. La couche électroluminescente comprend de multiples couches de matériau électroluminescent disposées dans un réseau. Chaque couche de matériau électroluminescent définit une région d'affichage et une région de non-affichage. Les régions d'ouverture correspondent aux régions d'affichage, et les régions de non-affichage correspondent aux matrices noires. La projection des régions d'affichage et celle des zones d'ouverture des matrices noires se chevauchent sur le substrat. Ainsi, la réflexion de la lumière ambiante par le dispositif d'affichage OLED est empêchée ou réduite, ce qui permet d'augmenter la qualité d'image affichée du dispositif d'affichage OLED.

本发明提供一种抗反射底发光型OLED显示装置及其制作方法,其中所述抗反射底发光型OLED显示装置包括基底、多个驱动晶体管及发光层。所述基底间隔的设置多个黑色矩阵,每一所述驱动晶体管阵列排列且对应每一所述黑色矩阵设置在所述基底上。发光层设置在所述驱动晶体管上。相邻二个所述黑色矩阵间具有开口区,所述发光层包括阵列排列的多个发光材料层。每一所述发光材料层定义出显示区和非显示区,所述开口区对应所述显示区,且所述非显示区对应所述黑色矩阵,所述显示区与所述黑色矩阵的开口区在所述基底的投影重合。借此,避免或减小OLED显示装置对环境光的反射,以提高OLED显示装置显示的图像品质。
