Disclosed are a method for preparing oat beta-glucan with small and medium molecular weight and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the step of performing enzymatic hydrolysis reaction on a substrate by using enzymes, wherein the enzymes comprise beta-endoglucanase and/or beta-exoglucanase, and the substrate comprises oat beta-glucan to be subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis at a concentration of 0.5%-10% in percentage by mass; the mass ratio of the enzymes to the substrate is 1:(100-100000); and the molecular weight of the oat beta-glucan with small and medium molecular weight is not more than 60,000 daltons. The promotion effects of the oat beta-glucan on expression of caspase-14 gene in HaCaT cells are discovered for the first time by the present invention; moreover, the smaller the molecular weight of the oat beta-glucan is, the better the promotion effects thereof on the expression of the caspase-14 gene in the HaCaT cells will be.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation de bêta-glucane d'avoine de faible et moyenne masse moléculaire et l'utilisation de celui-ci. Le procédé de préparation comprend l'étape consistant à effectuer une réaction d'hydrolyse enzymatique sur un substrat à l'aide d'enzymes, les enzymes comprenant de la bêta-endoglucanase et/ou de la bêta-exoglucanase et le substrat comprenant du bêta-glucane d'avoine devant être soumis à une hydrolyse enzymatique en une concentration de 0,5 % à 10 % en pourcentage en masse ; le rapport en masse des enzymes au substrat étant de 1:(100 à 100 000) ; et la masse moléculaire du bêta-glucane d'avoine de faible et moyenne masse moléculaire n'étant pas supérieure à 60 000 daltons. Les effets promoteurs du bêta-glucane d'avoine sur l'expression du gène de la caspase 14 dans des cellules HaCaT ont été découverts pour la première fois par la présente invention ; de plus, plus la masse moléculaire du bêta-glucane d'avoine est faible, plus les effets promoteurs de celui-ci sur l'expression du gène de la caspase 14 dans les cellules HaCaT seront importants.

本发明公开了一种中小分子量燕麦β–葡聚糖的制备方法和应用。所述的制备方法包括使用酶对底物进行酶解反应;其中:所述的酶包括β–葡聚糖内切酶和/或β–葡聚糖外切酶,所述的底物包括待酶解燕麦β–葡聚糖,所述底物的浓度为0.5%~10%,所述的百分比为质量百分比;所述酶与所述底物的质量比为1:(100~100000);所述的中小分子量燕麦β–葡聚糖的分子量为60000道尔顿以下。本发明首次发现燕麦β-葡聚糖具有促进HaCaT细胞中caspase-14基因表达的作用,且分子量越小的燕麦β-葡聚糖在促进HaCaT细胞中caspase-14基因表达上效果越好。
