A display panel (1) and a touch control display apparatus. The display panel (1) comprises a thin film transistor substrate (2). A planarization layer (3) is arranged on the thin film transistor substrate (2), and a via hole (31) is provided in the planarization layer (3). The via hole (31) exposes a source/drain electrode (28) of the thin film transistor substrate (2). A first intermediate layer (41), a metal circuit layer (42), a second intermediate layer (43), a first public electrode layer (44), a first passivation layer (45) and a first pixel electrode layer (46) are also stacked on one side of the via hole (31) and correspond to the source/drain electrode (28), and a second public electrode layer (51), a second passivation layer (52) and a second pixel electrode layer (53) are stacked on the other side of the via hole (31). The first public electrode layer (44) is electrically connected to the metal circuit layer (42), and the first pixel electrode layer (46) is electrically connected to the second pixel electrode layer (53) along the via hole (31). Thus, the light transmittance and the brightness of a thin film transistor substrate are effectively improved.
