A method for recycling zinc by comprehensively utilizing steelmaking dust. Steelmaking dust is mixed with a reducing agent and an additive and is pressed into pellets, the pellets are fed into a vacuum carbon tube furnace to perform vacuum roasting to obtain a gaseous elemental zinc volatile matter, the gaseous elemental zinc volatile matter passes through a condensation collector to be condensed to a solid, and the solid is obtained as a high-purity zinc ingot. The method promotes the reduction of zinc in the steelmaking dust and implements recycling utilization of the steelmaking dust, so that the high-quality zinc ingot is obtained, energy consumption during the control of vacuum condition in the steelmaking dust treatment process is reduced, the process is simple, and the operation is simple and convenient.

L'invention concerne un procédé de recyclage de zinc par utilisation complète de poussière de fabrication d'acier. La poussière de fabrication d'acier est mélangée avec un agent réducteur et un additif et est pressée en granules, les granules sont introduits dans un four tubulaire en carbone sous vide pour effectuer un grillage sous vide afin d'obtenir une matière volatile gazeuse de zinc élémentaire, la matière volatile gazeuse de zinc élémentaire passe à travers un collecteur de condensation pour être condensée en un solide, et le solide est obtenu sous la forme d'un lingot de zinc de haute pureté. Le procédé favorise la réduction du zinc dans la poussière de fabrication d'acier et met en œuvre une utilisation par recyclage de la poussière de fabrication d'acier, de telle sorte que le lingot de zinc de haute qualité soit obtenu, la consommation d'énergie pendant le contrôle de l'état de vide dans le processus de traitement de poussière de fabrication d'acier est réduite, le processus est simple, et l'opération est simple et pratique.

一种炼钢粉尘综合利用回收锌的方法,将炼钢粉尘与还原剂、添加剂进行混合后,压制成球团,送入真空碳管炉中进行真空焙烧,获得气态单质锌挥发物,经过冷凝收集器后冷凝成固体,收集固体获得高纯度锌锭。该方法促进了炼钢粉尘中锌的还原,实现了对炼钢粉尘的回收利用,获得了高品质锌锭,降低了炼钢粉尘处理过程中真空条件控制时的能耗,且工艺简单,操作简便。
