Disclosed is an array substrate, successively comprising a first substrate (1), a first conductive layer (2), a first passivation layer (3), a second conductive layer (4), a second passivation layer (5), a first electrode layer (6), a liquid crystal layer (7), a second electrode layer (8) and a second substrate (9) from bottom to top, wherein the first conductive layer (2) comprises multiple first wirings (21); the second conductive layer (4) comprises multiple second wirings (41); the multiple first wirings (21) are connected to the multiple second wirings (41) through corresponding wirings of the first electrode layer (6); each first wiring (21) is provided with a target area (91); a projection, on the correspondingly connected first wiring (21), of each second wiring (41) is located in the corresponding target area (91). A load of a gate drive circuit and a capacitance between flat plates are reduced.

L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau, comprenant successivement un premier substrat (1), une première couche conductrice (2), une première couche de passivation (3), une seconde couche conductrice (4), une seconde couche de passivation (5), une première couche d'électrode (6), une couche de cristaux liquides (7), une seconde couche d'électrode (8) et un second substrat (9) de bas en haut, la première couche conductrice (2) comprenant de multiples premiers câblages (21) ; la seconde couche conductrice (4) comprenant de multiples seconds câblages (41) ; les multiples premiers câblages (21) sont reliés aux multiples seconds câblages (41) par l'intermédiaire de câblages correspondants de la première couche d'électrode (6) ; chaque premier câblage (21) est pourvu d'une zone cible (91) ; une projection, sur le premier câblage connecté de manière correspondante (21), de chaque second câblage (41) est située dans la zone cible correspondante (91). Une charge d'un circuit de commande de grille et une capacité entre des plaques plates sont réduites.
