Abstract

Disclosed are an organic electroluminescent device and the preparation method therefor and a display device. The method comprises the following steps: forming a first organic common layer and a first light emitting layer in a pixel area of an array substrate (S10); adjusting the distance of a refined metal mask plate away from the array substrate to determine the opening areas of different organic light emitting material layers, the opening area being in direct proportion to the distance of the refined metal mask plate away from the array substrate; and at least forming a second light emitting layer on the first light emitting layer (S20).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique et son procédé de préparation, et un dispositif d’affichage. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : former une première couche commune organique et une première couche électroluminescente dans une zone de pixels d'un substrat de matrice (S10) ; ajuster la distance entre une plaque de masque métallique affinée et le substrat de matrice pour déterminer les zones d'ouvertures de différentes couches de matériau électroluminescent organique, la zone d'ouverture étant directement proportionnelle à la distance entre la plaque de masque métallique affinée et le substrat de matrice ; et former au moins une seconde couche électroluminescente sur la première couche électroluminescente (S20).
