The present application relates to a biological reaction device provided with a microfluidic or nanofluidic structure, characterized in that, the biological reaction device comprises: a biological sample extraction bin, a reaction bin, and a microfluidic or nanofluidic structure, the microfluidic or nanofluidic structure is used for transferring a biological sample from the biological sample extraction bin to the reaction bin; wherein, the microfluidic or nanofluidic structure comprises a biological sample channel and a reaction liquid injection channel, the biological sample extraction bin and the reaction bin are fluidly communicated through the biological sample channel, and the reaction liquid is injected into the reaction bin through the reaction liquid injection channel; wherein, the microfluidic or nanofluidic structure further comprises a first valve for blocking or opening the biological sample channel and a second valve for blocking or opening the reaction liquid injection channel. The biological reaction device of the present application can accurately quantify biological samples and transfer the biological samples to the reaction bin sufficiently and efficiently, simplifying the experimental process, improving the experimental efficiency and reducing the possibility of contamination during biological sample transfer.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réaction biologique pourvu d'une structure microfluidique ou nanofluidique, caractérisé en ce que, le dispositif de réaction biologique comprend : un bac d'extraction d'échantillon biologique, un bac de réaction, et une structure microfluidique ou nanofluidique, la structure microfluidique ou nanofluidique étant utilisée pour transférer un échantillon biologique du bac d'extraction d'échantillon biologique au bac de réaction; la structure microfluidique ou nanofluidique comprenant un canal d'échantillon biologique et un canal d'injection de liquide de réaction, le bac d'extraction d'échantillon biologique et le bac de réaction sont en communication fluidique à travers le canal d'échantillon biologique, et le liquide de réaction est injecté dans le bac de réaction à travers le canal d'injection de liquide de réaction; la structure microfluidique ou nanofluidique comprenant en outre une première vanne pour bloquer ou ouvrir le canal d'échantillon biologique et une seconde vanne pour bloquer ou ouvrir le canal d'injection de liquide de réaction.
