Disclosed is a display panel production method. The display panel production method comprises the following steps: before liquid crystal is injected in a display panel, respectively performing three-dimensionally scanning on the surfaces of a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate in the display panel to obtain a first contour map and a second contour map (S10); simulating the volume of a closed space between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate according to the first contour map and the second contour map and determining the volume corresponding to the closed space (S20); and determining the dripping amount of the liquid crystal according to the volume (S30).

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de panneau d'affichage. Le procédé de production de panneau d'affichage comprend les étapes suivantes : avant d'injecter le cristal liquide dans un panneau d'affichage, réaliser respectivement un balayage tridimensionnel sur les surfaces d'un premier substrat de verre et d'un second substrat de verre dans le panneau d'affichage pour obtenir une première carte de contour et une seconde carte de contour (S10) ; simuler le volume d'un espace fermé entre le premier substrat en verre et le second substrat en verre en fonction de la première carte de contour et de la seconde carte de contour et déterminer le volume correspondant à l'espace fermé (S20) ; et déterminer la quantité de goutte-à-goutte du cristal liquide en fonction du volume (S30).

本申请公开了一种显示面板的生产方法,显示面板的生产方法包括以下步骤:在显示面板注入液晶之前,对显示面板中第一玻璃基板与第二玻璃基板的表面分别进行三维扫描,以得到第一轮廓图以及的第二轮廓图(S10);根据第一轮廓图以及第二轮廓图模拟第一玻璃基板与第二玻璃基板之间的封闭空间的容积,并确定所述封闭空间对应的容积(S20);根据容积确定液晶的滴入量(S30)。
