A manufacturing method of an array substrate (10) comprises: providing a substrate (1); sequentially forming, at the substrate (1), a gate (21), a gate insulation layer (22), an active layer (23), source and drain metal layers (24, 25) and a protection layer (26) of a thin film transistor (2); and applying a photoresist for formation of a pixel electrode, and patterning the same to form a pixel electrode (3), wherein the pixel electrode (3) is not formed at the protection layer (26), and the pixel electrode (3) is directly connected to the drain metal layer (25).

Un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat de réseau (10) comprend : la fourniture d'un substrat (1); la formation séquentielle, au niveau du substrat (1), d'une grille (21), d'une couche d'isolation de grille (22), d'une couche active (23), de couches métalliques de source et de drain (24, 25) et d'une couche de protection (26) d'un transistor à couches minces (2); et l'application d'une résine photosensible pour la formation d'une électrode de pixel, et la formation de motifs sur celle-ci pour former une électrode de pixel (3), l'électrode de pixel (3) n'est pas formée au niveau de la couche de protection (26), et l'électrode de pixel (3) est directement connectée à la couche métallique de drain (25).
