Disclosed in the present invention are a charging cable and a charger. The charging cable comprises: a cable body (11) and a rotating mechanism (12); the cable body (11) further comprises a charging interface (113), and a positive wire (111) and a negative wire (112) connected to the charging interface (113); the charging interface (113) is used for connecting to an external device; the positive wire (111) and the negative wire (112) penetrate the cable body (11); the rotating mechanism (12) is connected to the wire body (11) and used for implementing the rotation of the cable body (11) with respect to the charger in order for storage; the positive wire (111) and the negative wire (112) are further lead out of an end of the rotating mechanism (12); the positive wire (111) lead out of the end of the rotating mechanism (12) is provided with a first connecting structure (13), the negative wire (112) lead out of the end of the rotating mechanism (12) is provided with a second connecting structure (14), and the first connecting structure (13) and the second connecting structure (14) are different in structure and both user for connecting to the output end of the charger. The charging cable enables the charger to be convenient to carry and install, and is thus suitable for complicated and changeable environments.
