Abstract

A mold for implementing in-mold rapid forming and quenching, comprising an upper mold, a blank holder (8) and a lower mold. The upper mold is composed of an inner solid mold core (1) and a thin-walled skin (3), intercommunicated grooves (6) exist between the inner solid mold core and the thin-walled skin. At the stage of forming, a heat insulation material such as gas is filled or not filled in the grooves, and at the stage of quenching, a low-temperature medium is introduced to the grooves. The forming and quenching of the mold are independent of each other; the skin wall is thin and hot capability is small, which can avoid rapid heat dissipation during forming and ensure rapid cooling of a blank during quenching.

L'invention concerne un moule pour la mise en oeuvre de formage et de trempe rapides au moulage, comprenant un moule supérieur, un support d'ébauche (8) et un moule inférieur. Le moule supérieur est composé d'un noyau solide interne (1) et d'un revêtement à paroi mince (3), des rainures communicantes (6) se trouvant entre le noyau de moule solide interne et le revêtement à paroi mince. A l'étape de formage, un matériau d'isolation thermique tel que du gaz est chargé ou non dans les rainures, et à l'étape de trempe, un milieu à basse température est introduit dans les rainures. Le formage et la trempe du moule sont indépendants l'un de l'autre; la paroi de revêtement est mince et la capacité thermique est faible, ce qui peut éviter une dissipation de chaleur rapide pendant le formage et assurer un refroidissement rapide d'une ébauche pendant la trempe.

一种实现模内快速成形和淬火的模具,包括上模具、压边圈(8)和下模具。上模具由内部实体模芯(1)和薄壁蒙皮(3)组成,内部实体模芯与薄壁蒙皮之间存在相互连通的沟槽(6)。成形阶段,沟槽内无填充或填充气体等隔热材料,淬火阶段,向沟槽内通入低温介质。该模具成形和淬火相互独立;蒙皮壁薄且热容小,既可避免成形时热量的快速散失,又可确保淬火时板坯的快速降温。
