A box section docking assembly and docking method and application therefor for different load levels. The box section docking method comprises the steps: using the docking assembly for connecting a body box section and a fake piece box section; docking a wall plate and a wing spar of the body and the fake piece in a cross-section manner, docking the wing spar in a double shear form, and connecting the docked inner side of the wall plate by a corner tab. The method is simple in assembly, and convenient in operation. In addition, a box section test is more stable and safer by adopting a double shear structure during docking, and the risk of the failure of a composite material is reduced.

L'invention porte sur un ensemble d'accueil de section de boîte et sur un procédé d'accueil et sur une application de celui-ci pour différents niveaux de charge. Le procédé d'accueil de section de boîte comprend les étapes consistant à : utiliser l'ensemble d'accueil pour relier une section de boîte de corps et une section de boîte de pièce factice; arrimer une plaque de paroi et un longeron d'aile du corps et de la pièce factice d'une manière en coupe transversale, arrimer le longeron d'aile sous une forme à double cisaillement et relier le côté interne arrimé de la plaque de paroi par une languette d'angle. Le procédé est simple à monter et son fonctionnement est pratique. De plus, un test de section de boîte est plus stable et plus sûr en adoptant une structure à double cisaillement pendant l'arrimage et le risque de défaillance d'un matériau composite est réduit.

一种面向不同载荷水平的盒段对接组件、对接方法及应用。所述盒段对接方法采用所述对接组件连接本体盒段和假件盒段,将本体和假件的壁板、翼梁分截面对接,翼梁对接采用双剪形式,壁板对接内侧采用角片连接。该方法装配简单,便于操作,此外,在对接时采用双剪结构可使盒段试验时更稳定、安全,并降低复合材料失效的风险。
