Abstract

A test method for pin load distribution measurement for a mechanical connection structure, relating to the field of mechanical devices and mechanical tests. The method comprises: on the upper surface and the lower surface of the mechanical connection structure, respectively providing multiple strain measurement devices (6) between every two adjacent fasteners (4); providing a mounting space for the strain measurement devices (6) between two connected members (3) in contact with each other; mounting the multiple strain measurement devices (6) in the mounting space; measuring loads of section transfer between every two adjacent fasteners (4); and obtaining a pin load distribution measurement result of the mechanical connection structure. A layout space is provided for strain measurement devices (6) such as strain gauges to obtain upper and lower surface strain distributions of the connected members (3) on the sections between two fasteners (4). The magnitude of the loads of the given sections of the connected members (3) can be completely obtained by means of test measurement, thereby avoiding the uncertainty caused by introducing an analysis method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de test permettant une mesure de distribution de charge de broche destinée à une structure de liaison mécanique, se rapportant au domaine des dispositifs mécaniques et des tests mécaniques. Le procédé consiste : sur la surface supérieure et la surface inférieure de la structure de liaison mécanique, à fournir respectivement de multiples dispositifs de mesure de contrainte (6) entre chaque paire de dispositifs de fixation (4) adjacents; à fournir un espace de montage destiné aux dispositifs de mesure de contrainte (6) entre deux éléments reliés (3) en contact l'un avec l'autre; à monter les multiples dispositifs de mesure de contrainte (6) dans l'espace de montage; à mesurer des charges de transfert de section entre deux éléments de fixation adjacents (4); et à obtenir un résultat de mesure de distribution de charge de broche de la structure de liaison mécanique. Un espace de configuration est destiné à des dispositifs de mesure de contrainte (6) tels que des jauges de contrainte afin d'obtenir des distributions de déformation de surface supérieure et inférieure des éléments reliés (3) sur les sections entre deux éléments de fixation (4). L'amplitude des charges des sections données des éléments reliés (3) peut être complètement obtenue au moyen d'une mesure de test, ce qui permet d'éviter l'incertitude provoquée par l'introduction d'un procédé d'analyse.
