A method of preparing a 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt, comprising: (1) providing ethyl-3-hydroxybutyrate or methyl-3-hydroxybutyrate, going through alkaline catalyzed hydrolysis, obtaining 3-hydroxybutyric acid; (2) the 3-hydroxybutyric acid reacting with an inorganic base, obtaining a 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt. Using aqueous salt formation causes a reaction to progress more thoroughly, saving reaction time, decreasing energy consumption and material loss, increasing product yield, and saving production costs. Omitting a concentration process of preparing crude 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt, and a series of processes for the 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt product including anhydrous ethanol refining and concentration, adding acetone for crystallization, filtering, washing and drying, removes the organic solvent acetone, and decreases material loss and energy consumption of corresponding processes, greatly lowering production costs of 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt. In addition to decreasing heating processes of crude preparation and refining of 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt, aqueous salt formation also prevents the problem of the 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt having already absorbed moisture, ensuring quality of the 3-hydroxybutyric acid salt.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique, consistant à : (1) utiliser de l'éthyl-3-hydroxybutyrate ou du méthyl-3-hydroxybutyrate, mettre en œuvre une hydrolyse alcaline catalysée, obtenir de l'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique; (2) faire réagir l'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique avec une base inorganique afin d'obtenir un sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique. Le recours à la formation d'un sel aqueux fait que la réaction progresse plus complètement, ce qui fait qu'elle prend moins de temps, permet une diminution de la consommation d'énergie et de la perte de matières, une augmentation du rendement du produit, ainsi que des économies sur les coûts de production. Ne pas avoir recours à un processus de concentration pour la préparation du sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique brut, pas plus qu'à une série de processus pour obtenir le produit formé par le sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique, dont le raffinage et la concentration d'éthanol anhydre, l'ajout d'acétone pour la cristallisation, le filtrage, le lavage et le séchage, et l'élimination du solvant organique qu'est l'acétone, de même que les réductions de perte de matières et de la consommation d'énergie associés aux processus correspondants, entraînent une réduction considérable des coûts de production du sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique. En plus d'entraîner une baisse du recours aux processus de chauffage pour la préparation du produit brut et le raffinage du sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique, la formation d'un sel aqueux empêche également le problème d'une absorption préalable d'eau par le sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique, ce qui garantit la qualité du sel d'acide 3-hydroxybutyrique.

一种3-羟基丁酸盐的制备方法,包括:(1)提供3-羟基丁酸乙酯或3-羟基丁酸甲酯,经碱性催化剂水解,得3-羟基丁酸;(2)3-羟基丁酸与无机碱反应,得到3-羟基丁酸盐。采用水中成盐,使反应进行的更彻底,节省了反应时间,降低了能耗及物料损失,提高了产品收率,节约了生产成本。省略了3-羟基丁酸盐粗品制备的浓缩过程,以及3-羟基丁酸盐成品的无水乙醇精制浓缩、加丙酮析晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥等一系列过程,省去了有机溶剂丙酮,而且节约了相应过程的物料损失和能源消耗,大幅度降低了3-羟基丁酸成盐的生产成本。减少了3-羟基丁酸盐的粗制及精制中的受热过程,水中成盐也避免了3-羟基丁酸盐成品易吸潮的问题,保证了3-羟基丁酸成盐的质量。
