Abstract

The invention relates to a battery system with adjustable heating rate and a control method thereof. The battery system comprises a battery pack, a heating sheet, a power control module and a battery management system. When the temperature of the battery pack is lower than a preset self-heating starting temperature, the power control module is switched on; the battery management system transmits the collected battery pack state information to the power control module; the power control module adjusts the heating power and the heating speed by adjusting, via PWM signals, the electrical current on/off-time and the switching frequency of the heating sheet, so as to implement self-heating of the battery. When the temperature of the battery pack reaches the preset self-heating ending temperature, the power control module is turned off, and heating is stopped. The power control module further comprises a current adjusting module, a current collecting module and a heating control module. The present invention can bring benefits to the power battery system, such as long driving range as well as fast heating rate and quick charge at low temperature.

L'invention concerne un système de batterie à taux de chauffage réglable et son procédé de commande. Le système de batterie comprend un bloc-batterie, une plaque chauffante, un module de commande de puissance et un système de gestion de batterie. Lorsque la température du bloc-batterie est inférieure à une température de démarrage d'auto-chauffage prédéfinie, le module de commande de puissance est allumé ; le système de gestion de batterie transmet les informations d'état de bloc-batterie collectées au module de commande de puissance ; le module de commande de puissance règle la puissance de chauffage et la vitesse de chauffage en réglant, par le biais de signaux PWM, le temps de marche/arrêt du courant électrique et la fréquence de commutation de la plaque chauffante en vue de mettre en œuvre un auto-chauffage de la batterie. Lorsque la température du bloc-batterie atteint la température de fin d'auto-chauffage prédéfinie, le module de commande de puissance est éteint et le chauffage est arrêté. Le module de commande de puissance comprend en outre un module de réglage du courant, un module de collecte de courant et un module de commande de chauffage. La présente invention peut apporter des avantages au système de batterie d'alimentation, tel qu'une longue autonomie de conduite ainsi qu'un taux de chauffage rapide et une charge rapide à basse température.

本发明涉及一种可调加热速度的电池系统及其控制方法,所述电池系统包括电池组、加热片、功率控制模块、电池管理系统;当电池组的温度低于预设的自加热开启温度时,开启功率控制模块,电池管理系统将采集到的电池组状态信息传递给功率控制模块,功率控制模块通过PWM信号调节加热片的电流通断时间及开关频率来调节加热功率和加热速度,从而实现电池自加热;当电池组的温度达到预设的自加热关闭温度时,关闭功率控制模块,停止加热;其中,所述功率控制模块进一步包括电流调整模块、电流采集模块和加热控制模块;本发明可实现动力电池系统在低温下加热速率快、续驶里程长、低温下可快速充电的有益效果。
