A display panel (110) and a display device. The display panel (110) comprises a first substrate (120), a second substrate (130) provided opposite the first substrate (120), a display region (113) used for displaying a picture, and a non-display region (114) provided around the display region (113). The first substrate (120) comprises a color resist layer (140), a filler (150), and a driving circuit (160). The color resist layer (140) is provided in the display region (113) of the display panel (110). The driving circuit (160) is provided in the non-display region (114) of the display panel (110). The filler (150) is provided on the surface of the driving circuit (160). The display panel (110) and the display device solve the problem of black dots being generated on the displayed picture.

L'invention concerne un panneau d'affichage (110) et un dispositif d'affichage. Le panneau d'affichage (110) comprend un premier substrat (120), un second substrat (130) disposé à l'opposé du premier substrat (120), une région d'affichage (113) utilisée pour afficher une image et une région de non-affichage (114) disposée autour de la région d'affichage (113).
