Disclosed is an anti-aging PVC composition, which contains a PVC resin, and, based on the weight percentage of the PVC resin, 10-80 wt% of a plasticizer, 1-10 wt% of an organic tin heat stabilizer and 0.1-5 wt% of an anti-aging auxiliary, wherein the anti-aging auxiliary is a compound of an oxamide auxiliary and an higher aliphatic ketone auxiliary. The anti-aging PVC composition of the present invention is suitable for preparing coating materials of video cables and audio cables. The anti-aging PVC composition of the present invention has excellent transparency and anti-aging properties, with △YI ≤ 1 under the conditions of 85ºC, 85% relative humidity, and 168 hours of aging.

L'invention concerne une composition de PVC anti-vieillissement qui contient une résine de PVC et, sur la base d'un pourcentage en poids de la résine de PVC, 10 à 80 % en poids d'un plastifiant, 1 à 10 % en poids d'un thermostabilisant à base d'étain organique et 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'un auxiliaire anti-vieillissement, l'auxiliaire anti-vieillissement étant un composé d'un auxiliaire oxamide et d'un auxiliaire cétone aliphatique supérieure. La composition de PVC anti-vieillissement de la présente invention permet de préparer des matériaux d'enrobage de câbles vidéo et de câbles audio. La composition de PVC anti-vieillissement de la présente invention a d'excellentes propriétés de transparence et anti-vieillissement, présente un △YI ≤ 1 dans les conditions correspondant à 85 °C, 85 % d'humidité relative et 168 heures de vieillissement.

本发明公开了一种耐老化PVC组合物,其包含PVC树脂和以所述PVC树脂的重量百分比计10-80wt%的增塑剂、1-10wt%的有机锡类热稳定剂和0.1-5wt%的耐老化助剂,所述耐老化助剂为草酰胺类助剂与高级脂肪酮类助剂的复配物。本发明的耐老化PVC组合物适用于制备视频线缆和音频线缆的包覆材料。本发明的耐老化PVC组合物具有优异的透明性和耐老化性能,在85℃、85%的相对湿度和168小时的老化条件下,△YI≤1。
