Embodiments of the present invention provide an image processing method, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining an image captured by a photographing device; determining a target region image comprising a target object in the image; and using a first encoding mode to encode the target region image, and using a second encoding mode to encode a region image other than the target region image in the image, wherein the encoding quality of the first encoding mode is higher than the encoding quality of the second encoding mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, the target region image is encoded by using an encoding mode with high encoding quality, and the region image other than the target region image in the image is encoded by using an encoding mode with low encoding quality, thereby reducing the distortion of the target region image, so that after decoding the encoded image, a ground control terminal may accurately identify the target object in the decoded image.

Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'image, un dispositif et un support d'enregistrement. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir une image capturée par un dispositif de photographie; déterminer une image de zone cible comprenant un objet cible dans l'image; et utiliser un premier mode de codage pour coder l'image de zone cible, et utiliser un second mode de codage pour coder une image de zone autre que l'image de zone cible dans l'image, la qualité de codage du premier mode de codage étant supérieure à la qualité de codage du second mode de codage. Dans les modes de réalisation de la présente invention, l'image de zone cible est codée à l'aide d'un mode de codage ayant une qualité de codage élevée, et l'image de zone autre que l'image de zone cible dans l'image est codée au moyen d'un mode de codage ayant une faible qualité de codage, ce qui permet de réduire la distorsion de l'image de zone cible, de sorte qu'après décodage de l'image codée, un terminal de commande au sol peut identifier avec précision l'objet cible dans l'image décodée.

本发明实施例提供一种图像处理的方法、设备及存储介质,该方法包括:获取拍摄设备拍摄的图像;确定图像中包括目标对象的目标区域图像;采用第一编码方式对目标区域图像进行编码,及采用第二编码方式对图像中除目标区域图像之外的区域图像进行编码,其中,第一编码方式的编码质量高于第二编码方式的编码质量。本发明实施例采用较高编码质量的编码方式对该目标区域图像进行编码,及采用较低编码质量的编码方式对该图像中除目标区域图像之外的区域图像进行编码,从而降低该目标区域图像的失真度,使得地面控制端对编码后的图像进行解码后,可准确识别出解码后的图像中的目标对象。
