Disclosed are a rubber scraper and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises applying a first paint and a second paint onto at least part of a surface of a polyurethane elastic substrate step by step; and solidifying polyurethane acrylate to form a hardened layer on the surface of the polyurethane elastic substrate. The components of the first paint comprise a polyisocyanate with an isocyanate group at an end and a first solvent, and the components of the second paint comprise a first monomer, a photoinitiator and a second solvent; the first monomer is at least one of an acrylate monomer and a methacrylate monomer, containing an active hydroxyl group; and the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate is reacted with the active hydroxyl group of the first monomer to form a carbamate group, thereby obtaining a polyurethane acrylate.

La présente invention concerne un racloir en caoutchouc et un procédé pour sa préparation. Le procédé comprend l'application pas-à-pas d'une première peinture et d'une deuxième peinture sur au moins une partie d'une surface d'un substrat élastique à base de polyuréthane ; et la solidification de polyuréthane-acrylate pour former une couche durcie sur la surface du substrat élastique à base de polyuréthane. Les constituants de la première peinture comprennent un polyisocyanate présentant un groupe isocyanate en une extrémité et un premier solvant et les constituants de la deuxième peinture comprennent un premier monomère, un photo-initiateur et un deuxième solvant ; le premier monomère est au moins l'un parmi un monomère acrylate et un monomère méthacrylate, contenant un groupe hydroxyle actif ; et le groupe isocyanate du polyisocyanate est mis à réagir avec le groupe hydroxyle actif du premier monomère pour former un groupe carbamate, ce qui permet d'obtenir un polyuréthane-acrylate.
