Disclosed are a polymerization inhibitor for N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomers and the use thereof. The polymerization inhibitor is selected from an inorganic weak acid potassium salt and/or an organic acid potassium salt. The polymerization inhibitor is added to N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomers, and is sealed and preserved under the protection of an inert gas, wherein the addition amount of the polymerization inhibitor is 0.005-0.2% of the mass of the N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomers. Directly adding the polymerization inhibitor into the N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomers in proportion can inhibit the self-polymerization of the N-vinyl pyrrolidone monomers, extend the shelf life, and the chromaticity and toxicity of the monomers can be reduced to a great extent. The polymerization inhibitor can be used directly during solution polymerization, there is no need to remove the polymerization inhibitor, and the polymerization inhibitor does not affect the chromaticity of a polymerization solution.

L'invention concerne un inhibiteur de polymérisation pour des monomères de N-vinylpyrrolidone et son utilisation. L'inhibiteur de polymérisation est choisi parmi un sel de potassium d'acide faible inorganique et/ou un sel de potassium d'acide organique. L'inhibiteur de polymérisation est ajouté à des monomères de N-vinylpyrrolidone, et est scellé et conservé sous la protection d'un gaz inerte, la quantité d'addition de l'inhibiteur de polymérisation étant de 0,005 à 0,2 % de la masse de monomères de N-vinylpyrrolidone. L'ajout direct de l'inhibiteur de polymérisation dans des monomères de N-vinylpyrrolidone en proportion peut inhiber l'auto-polymérisation des monomères de N-vinylpyrrolidone, prolonger la durée de conservation, et la chromaticité, et la toxicité des monomères pouvant être réduites de manière considérable. L'inhibiteur de polymérisation peut être utilisé directement pendant la polymérisation en solution, sans la nécessité d'éliminer l'inhibiteur de polymérisation, l'inhibiteur de polymérisation n'affectant pas la chromaticité d'une solution de polymérisation.

N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的阻聚剂及其应用。该阻聚剂选自无机弱酸钾盐和/或有机酸钾盐;将阻聚剂加入N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体中,在惰性气体保护下密封保存,所述阻聚剂的添加量为N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体质量的0.005-0.2%。将该阻聚剂直接按比例投加至N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体中,可抑制N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的自聚,延长保质期,且极大程度的降低单体色度和毒性,在溶液聚合时可直接使用,不需除去阻聚剂,且阻聚剂亦不影响聚合溶液的色度。
