Abstract

An organic light-emitting diode device, and a display panel and a display apparatus. The organic light-emitting diode device (10) comprises an anode (11), a cathode (12), an organic light-emitting unit (13), a first charge generation layer (14) and a second charge generation layer (15) which are arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the first charge generation layer (14) is used for transporting electrons to the organic light-emitting unit (13), and the second charge generation layer (15) is used for transporting holes to the organic light-emitting unit (13). By means of changing the electron transport mode of the existing OLED device, the cathode (12) can use an inactive material, thereby reducing the influence of the cathode on the organic light-emitting diode device (10).

L'invention concerne un dispositif à diodes électroluminescentes organiques (OLED), et un écran d'affichage et un appareil d'affichage. Le dispositif à diodes électroluminescentes organiques (10) comprend une anode (11), une cathode (12), une unité électroluminescente organique (13), une première couche de génération de charge (14) et une seconde couche de génération de charge (15) qui sont disposées de manière empilée, la première couche de génération de charge (14) étant utilisée pour transporter des électrons vers l'unité électroluminescente organique (13), et la seconde couche de génération de charge (15) étant utilisée pour transporter des trous vers l'unité électroluminescente organique (13). Grâce au changement du mode de transport d'électrons du dispositif DELO existant, la cathode (12) peut utiliser un matériau inactif, réduisant ainsi l'influence de la cathode sur le dispositif à diode électroluminescente organique (10).

一种有机发光二极管器件、显示面板及显示装置,有机发光二极管器件(10)包括层叠设置的阳极(11)、阴极(12)、有机发光单元(13)、第一电荷产生层(14)及第二电荷产生层(15),第一电荷产生层(14)用于向有机发光单元(13)传输电子,第二电荷产生层(15)用于向有机发光单元(13)传输空穴。通过改变现有OLED器件的电子传输方式,阴极(12)可以使用不活泼的材质,进而降低阴极对有机发光二极管器件(10)的影响。
