Provided are a mechanical lock apparatus, and a support arm (2000) of an ultrasonic device and ultrasonic device which use such an apparatus; a slide rod (200) of the mechanical lock apparatus is slidably mounted in a mounting base (100), and a first elastic member (320) of said slide rod drives a lock member (310) and provides an elastic restoring force to the lock member (310) to induce the lock member (310) to abut against the slide rod (200), and cause the lock member (310) to lock the slide rod (200). An unlock mechanism is used for driving the lock member (310) to overcome the elastic restoring force of the first elastic member (320) and thereby unlock the slide rod (200). A user can control the unlock mechanism to unlock the slide rod (200) at any time, and cause the slide rod (200) to be locked at any position, thereby achieving stepless locking. The mechanical lock apparatus has a simpler structure, locking performance is good, and no noise is generated, thus avoiding discomfort to the user.
