The invention relates to an in-line system for detecting the quality of fruit via ultrasound, comprising a support arch positioned over the processing line in a perpendicular manner, on which two transducers are secured, a detection unit coupled to the support arch and having a piezoelectric transmitter and frequency range, directed towards the centre of the processing line a control unit formed by an analogue module for receiving waves, an A/D converter, and a microcontroller, a rotary synchronisation encoder located below the processing line, connected to the control unit of the detection unit, wherein this encoder is coupled to a discard unit for removing the fruit with detected defects from the processing line, and a wave generator connected to the control unit. The invention also relates to the use of the detection system.

Sistema de detección por ultrasonido en línea de la calidad de la fruta que comprende: un arco de soporte ubicado sobre la línea de proceso de forma perpendicular, en la cual se fijan 2 transductores; una unidad de detección acoplada al arco de soporte que comprende un transmisor piezoeléctrico y una banda de oscilación, dirigido hacia el centro de la línea de proceso; una unidad de control compuesta por un módulo analógico de recepción de onda; un conversor A/D; y un microcontrolador; un codificador rotatorio de sincronización ubicado bajo la línea de proceso, conectado a la unidad de control de la unidad de detección; donde este codificador está acoplado a una unidad de descarte para la eliminación de la línea de proceso de las frutas que fueron detectadas con defecto; y un generador de ondas conectado a la unidad de control. L'invention concerne un système de détection ultrasonore en ligne de la qualité des fruits qui comprend : un arc de support situé sur la ligne de traitement de forme perpendiculaire, sur lequel sont fixés 2 transducteurs; une unité de détection accouplée à l'arc de support qui comprend un émetteur piézoélectrique et une bande d'oscillation, dirigé vers le centre de la ligne de traitement; une unité de commande composée d'un module analogique de réception d'onde; un convertisseur A/N; et un microcontrôleur; un codeur rotatif de synchronisation situé sous la ligne de traitement, relié à l'unité de commande de l'unité de détection; ce codeur étant accouplé à une unité de mise au rebut pour l'élimination, de la ligne de traitement, des fruits détectés avec un défaut; et un générateur d'ondes relié à l'unité de commande. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation du système de détection.
