The present certificate of addition describes a process for obtaining stealth liposomes in a microfluidic system, with high yield, based on chaotic advection without the formation of micelles, to which end the liposomes are generated in said step using 50% of a water-soluble organic solvent (such as ethanol). At the end of this process, the organic solvent remaining in the final formulation of the liposomes obtained is recovered using a vacuum centrifugal concentrator or distillation concentrator to remove same or reduce the amount thereof, without significantly altering the physical-chemical properties of the liposome structures.

Le présent certificat d'addition décrit un procédé d'obtention de liposomes "Stealth" dans un système microfluidique à haut rendement basé sur l'advection chaotique sans formation de micelles. À cette fin, les liposomes sont produits dans cette étape avec 50% de solvant organique hydrosoluble (tel que l'éthanol). À la fin de ce procédé, le solvant organique restant dans la formulation finale des liposomes obtenus est récupéré par utilisation d'un concentrateur centrifuge à vide ou par distillation en vue de son élimination ou de sa réduction, sans modification significative des propriétés physico-chimiques des structures liposomales.

O presente certificado de adição descreve um processo de obtenção de lipossomas stealth em sistema microfluídico com alto rendimento baseado em advecção caótica sem que ocorra a formação de micelas, para isso os lipossomas são gerados nessa etapa com 50% de solvente orgânico solúvel em água (como o etanol). Ao final deste processo, o solvente orgânico, remanescente na formulação final dos lipossomas obtidos, é recuperado pelo uso de um concentrador de centrífuga a vácuo ou destilação para remoção ou diminuição do mesmo, sem alterar significativamente as propriedades físico químicas das estruturas lipossomais.
