Es wird eine Vakuumpresse zum Pressen, Formen, Heißformen, Formverleimen, Folieren und/oder Tiefziehen, umfassend eine an einer zwischen einer Pressstellung und einer Beschickungsstellung verlagerbaren Abdeckung (1) angebrachte Membran (2), die mit einem Pressengrund (3) in der Pressstellung einen fluiddichten, durch eine Absaugvorrichtung in Unterdruck versetzbaren Pressraum für ein Werkstück bildet, beschrieben. Um eine Vakuumpresse kostengünstig und jederzeit an variierende Anforderungen von Klein- wie Großunternehmen anpassen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Abdeckung (1) mit dem Pressengrund (3) über eine Führungsvorrichtung zu einem Grundmodul (4) verbunden ist, dem wenigstens eine Modulaufnahme für wenigstens ein optionales, nachrüstbares Erweiterungsmodul zugeordnet ist, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung und/oder der Pressengrund und/oder wenigstens ein Erweiterungsmodul die Modulaufnahme aufweist.

The invention relates to a vacuum press for pressing, shaping, hot forming, shape bonding, film application and/or deep drawing, comprising a membrane (2) mounted on a cover (1), which cover can be shifted between a pressing position and a coating position, which membrane forms, together with a pressing base (3) in the pressing position, a fluid-tight pressing chamber for a workpiece, which pressing chamber can be evacuated by a suction means. According to the invention, in order to be able to cost-effectively and readily adapt a vacuum press to the varying requirements of both small and large businesses, the cover (1) is connected to the pressing base (3) by a guide device so as to form a main module (4) with which at least one module receptacle is associated for at least one optional, retrofittable expansion module, wherein the guide device and/or the pressing base and/or at least one expansion module comprises the module receptacle.

L'invention concerne une presse à vide pour le pressage, le formage, le formage à chaud, le collage-formage, la mise sous film et/ou l'emboutissage, comprenant une membrane (2) qui est montée sur un cache (1) déplaçable entre une position de pressage et une position de chargement et qui forme avec un fond (3) de presse, dans la position de pressage, une chambre de pressage étanche au fluide, pouvant être amenée sous vide par un dispositif d'aspiration, pour une pièce. L'objet de l'invention est de pouvoir adapter une presse à vide aux exigences variables de petites et grandes entreprises, de manière peu onéreuse et à tout moment. À cet effet, le cache (1) est relié au fond (3) de presse par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de guidage de manière à obtenir un module de base (4), auquel est associé au moins un logement de module pour au moins un module d'extension optionnel, adaptable, le dispositif de guidage et/ou le fond de presse et/ou au moins un module d'extension présentant le logement de module.
