Abstract
(EN) The swallow capsule endoscope comprises a modified truncated cone-shaped cavity capsule (1) in which an endoscopic module (A) is inserted which comprises an optical data transmission input formed by an optical system (7) connected to the imaging camera (3), and the imaging camera (3) in on the other side connected to the printed circuit board (5), the optical system (7) having side-by-side light-emitting diodes (4) to which the epoxy polymer cylinder (11) is glued, and to the printed circuit board (5) are connected by soldering by means of electrically conductive connections (6), electrical conductors (9) which are inserted into the dielectric protective tube (10) and lead out of the printed circuit board (5) of the endoscopic module (A), and between the optical system (7), the imaging camera (3), the epoxy polymer cylinder (11) and the light-emitting diodes (4) there is an air gap (8), and the rest of the cavity within the capsule (1) is filled with cured dielectric polymer (2), wherein the truncated cone of the capsule (1) is modified so that the surface of the cone base on which the optical input of the capsule (1) is located is larger than the area of the opposite cone base.
(FR) L'endoscope à capsule à avaler comprend une capsule à cavité tronconique modifiée (1) dans laquelle est introduit un module endoscopique (A) qui comprend une entrée de transmission de données optiques formée par un système optique (7) connectée à la caméra d'imagerie (3), et la caméra d'imagerie (3) sur l'autre côté connecté à la carte de circuit imprimé (5), le système optique (7) comportant des diodes électroluminescentes (4) côte à côte auxquelles le cylindre de polymère époxy (11) est collé, et à la carte de circuit imprimé (5) sont connectés par soudure au moyen de connexions électroconductrices (6), des conducteurs électriques (9) qui sont introduits dans le tube de protection diélectrique (10) et sortent de la carte de circuit imprimé (5) du module endoscopique (A), et entre le système optique (7), la caméra d'imagerie (3), le cylindre de polymère époxy (11) et les diodes électroluminescentes (4) se trouve un entrefer (8), et le reste de la cavité à l'intérieur de la capsule (1) est rempli d'un polymère diélectrique durci (2), le cône tronqué de la capsule (1) étant modifié de telle sorte que la surface de la base de cône sur laquelle l'entrée optique de la capsule (1) est située est plus grande que la superficie de la base de cône opposée.
