Abstract

In various aspects and embodiments, the present invention provides methods for preparing innervated tissue. In various embodiments the invention further provides innervated tissue generated using the methods described herein. In various embodiments the inclusion of optogenetically transducible TENGs or Micro-TENNs in the innervated tissue allows the modulation of tissue or organs by using light to stimulate the optogenetically transducible TENGs or Micro-TENNs.

Dans divers aspects et modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne des procédés de préparation d'un tissu innervé. Dans divers modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne en outre un tissu innervé généré à l'aide des procédés décrits ici. Dans divers modes de réalisation, l'inclusion de TENG ou de micro-TENN optogénétiquement transductibles dans le tissu innervé permet la modulation de tissus ou d'organes à l'aide de lumière pour stimuler les TENG ou de micro-TENN optogénétiquement transductibles.
