Provided is an anti-static and high-heat resistant label sheet comprising a film, metallic interlayer, and adhesive. The metallic interlayer comprises pigments that are smoother, have a rounded edge, and result in a more homogenous thickness with minimal to no surface defects, which allow for increased reflectivity and vibrancy of the pigments and label sheet. The pigments are also aligned as to form channels within the metallic interlayer for dispersing and preventing buildup of static electricity. The label sheet may further comprise a printable top coat, primer coating, a colored coating, and a liner layer. The printed label sheets may be used for asset tracking and security labeling, such as barcoding products and inventory. The metallic color and reflectivity of the label sheets, and the die-cut labels thereon, may enable readability of the barcodes with a handheld scanner up to 24 inches distance

L'invention concerne une feuille d'étiquettes anti-statique et résistante à la chaleur comprenant un film, une couche intermédiaire métallique et un adhésif. La couche intermédiaire métallique comprend des pigments qui sont plus lisses, qui comportent un bord arrondi et qui donnent une épaisseur plus homogène avec un minimum voire aucun défaut de surface, ce qui permet d'augmenter la réflectivité et l'éclat des pigments et de la feuille d'étiquettes. Les pigments sont également alignés de façon à former des canaux à l'intérieur de la couche intermédiaire métallique permettant de disperser et d'empêcher une accumulation d'électricité statique. La feuille d'étiquettes peut en outre comprendre une couche supérieure imprimable, un revêtement de primaire, un revêtement coloré et une couche de doublure. Les feuilles d'étiquettes imprimées peuvent servir à un suivi et à un étiquetage de sécurité d'actifs, tels qu'à une formation de code à barres de produits et de stocks. La couleur métallique et la réflectivité des feuilles d'étiquettes, et les étiquettes découpées à l'emporte-pièce situées sur ces dernières, peuvent conférer une capacité de lecture des codes à barres à un dispositif de balayage portatif jusqu'à une distance de 24 pouces.
