An anti-clogging microfluidic multichannel device comprising a first mixing chamber comprising a first and a second ends, wherein the first end comprises at least one inlet connected in fluid communication with the first mixing chamber, and at least one first capillary element comprising a first and a second ends, wherein the first end of the at least one first capillary element is connected in fluid communication with the second end of the first mixing chamber, at least one septum located within the at least one first capillary element, which divides the cross section of the at least one first capillary element in a plurality of channels, wherein the at least one first capillary element comprises a reduction of section along its longitudinal axis between a section of the at least one first capillary element and the second end of the at least one first capillary element. It also is described a microfluidics system and a method of production of emulsions using said microfluidics system.

Un dispositif multicanal microfluidique anti-obstruction comprend une première chambre de mélange comprenant une première et une seconde extrémité, la première extrémité comprenant au moins une entrée reliée en communication fluidique avec la première chambre de mélange, et au moins un premier élément capillaire comprenant une première et une seconde extrémité, la première extrémité du ou des premiers éléments capillaires étant reliée en communication fluidique avec la seconde extrémité de la première chambre de mélange, au moins un septum situé à l'intérieur du ou des premiers éléments capillaires, qui divise la section transversale du ou des premiers éléments capillaires dans une pluralité de canaux, le ou les premiers éléments capillaires comprenant une réduction de la section le long de son axe longitudinal entre une section du ou des premiers éléments capillaires et la seconde extrémité du ou des premiers éléments capillaires. L'invention concerne également un système microfluidique et un procédé de production d'émulsions à l'aide dudit système microfluidique.
